Shin Megami Tensei V arrives this November 12 to Nintendo Switch

Shin Megami Tensei V is the new installment of one of the most important Japanese role-playing sagas, Shin Megami Tensei, by Atlus. In the title we will play a high school student who must use his new powers to survive in a desert full of demons to whom we can give orders. Demons are very difficult opponents, but we can turn them into allies to fight alongside us. Negotiations will be key in this regard.

Everything we have seen so far invites us to think that it will be one of the most important games of the year, no matter how much it is aimed at a more niche audience in the West. Expanding our selection of recruited demons will make it easier for us to get ahead of battles and missions. It will not change the system of scrolling and exploration of dungeons, an addictive game system in which strategy and resource management are key. Atlus is putting all the meat on the grill so that Shin Megami Tensei V has an even greater impact than its predecessor, which already left us delighted with its brilliant delivery for Nintendo 3DS.
