Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi | Official Darth Vader gear leaked

The Star Wars prequel trilogy portrayed the childhood and youth of Anakin Skywalker, the Jedi who according to the prophecy was to bring balance to the Force. As we all know, he ended up succumbing to the dark side and transforming into Darth Vader. A decade after the events narrated in Revenge of the Sith, the character will return in a television series, with Hayden Christensen again in this role. Now, some concept arts from Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi have been leaked. What do they tell us?

Vader, unmasked

Star Wars Net News has been made exclusively with this material. We take this opportunity to point out that images may contain spoils of the series, if they finally decide to translate them into the final product. The truth is that many have wondered why they have had Hayden Christensen, the actor who gave life to Anakin in Episode II and III, to play a masked character who has the voice of James Earl-Jones. The concept art, however, shows Vader without the mask, something that provides us with clues about a possible appearance of the character in these circumstances.

This media also publishes other additional art: a tank full of liquid that we have already seen before in the Star Wars universe. Although it is a render, Star Wars Net News states that the object has been constructed and that it was on the set of the Obi-Wan Kenobi series.

Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi is a plot sequel to Revenge of the Sith, a 6 episode miniseries which has no official synopsis yet. Filming, with Ewan McGregor again playing the Jedi Master, began a few months ago in Los Angeles. Whether filming has concluded or not has yet been officially announced. If all goes according to plan, it will premiere on Disney + next year.
