In fact, the court document reads: “There are no real grounds for suspending or removing Mr. Spears as conservator of the estate under section 2650 of the Probate Code.” And then he adds: “Yet even when Mr. Spears is the incessant target of unwarranted attacks, he does not believe that a public battle with his daughter for his continued service as her curator is in her best interest.”
