Taylor Swift Swallow an Insect Live on Stage in Chicago

Taylor Swift’s “The Eras Tour” is currently going strong as she performs across the United States. However, the singer recently faced a small setback during a concert at Soldier Field in Chicago, Illinois. While singing, an insect flew into her mouth, causing her to stop the show briefly. The incident was caught on camera and quickly went viral on social media.

“I swallowed an insect,” the 33-year-old artist told the audience as she turned away. Swift was about to perform her song “Tolerate It” from her album “Evermore” when the incident happened. Although she tried to cough it up, she was unable to do so. In the end, she had no other choice but to swallow the insect.

“He’s so silly,” Swift said, commenting on the incident. “Delicious,” she joked, not revealing the type of insect she had swallowed.

Despite the unexpected setback, Swift continued with her concert. Minutes before the insect incident, she had microphone problems while singing “Lover,” which her technical team quickly fixed.

The Next Stops on “The Eras Tour”

The singer will perform in Mexico, Argentina, and Brazil as part of “The Eras Tour”. In Mexico City, Swift will perform from August 24 to 26 at the Foro Sol. Tickets for the shows in the Mexican capital are expected to start at 900 pesos. However, the ticket prices for platinum areas could cost up to 8,000 pesos without service charges.

The sale of tickets for her Mexican concerts will begin on June 13, but only those who register in the Verified Fan system will receive a code to access the purchase.
