The studio is concerned that two key staff members on a major project are not working well together. The pair have reportedly clashed multiple times on the set of The Batman, and according to rumors Robert Pattinson does not want to work with Matt Reeves again.
Warner Bros with plans to carry out a sequel to this version of Batman, they would be trying to anticipate events trying to make the actor and the director reconcile, the study on this side would be protecting their interests as expected, since they still have the promotion of the film ahead of them. If the relationship works out, then we could expect to see Pattinson and Reeves reprise their roles if the movie is successful.
