The Sims 4 will become the setting for his first music festival. Sims Sessions will be held between the days June 29 and 8 July 2021 from within the game itself. Players can look forward to life at a festival, from listening to guest artists to being able to upgrade their outfits with exclusive items, camping, and more.
Sims Sessions: confirmed artists
The festival will start with Dabe Bayley (Glass Animals), who will perform their hit Heat Waves. Will follow Joy Oladokun with the ballad Breathe Again. They will be the prelude to the great event of the festival. Bebe Rexha, a two-time Grammy nominee, will take the virtual stage to sing a version of Sabotage in Simlish, the language of the Sims.
After completing the round of performances, your Sims will be able to perform alongside their peers from the same stage. “Sims Sessions is the next evolution of music in The Sims,” he says. Steve Cord, worldwide executive and president of music at EA through a press release. “Nowhere else can players hear and experience these exclusive performances from Bebe, Dave and Joy. With the goal of self-expression that is Sims Sessions, EA will once again set the bar for games, music and global culture.”
On June 29 it will be enabled in-game from 19:00 CEST. The festival will be open for your enjoyment until July 8 at 07:00 CEST, when it will close its doors. During that section you will see a free playable area. As we said at the beginning of the news, several opportunities will open with which to socialize with your Sims. You will see merchandising stands where to buy products related to artists, fast food tables and more. During the event, camping will also be available. Set up your tent and do whatever you want in it.
