The Suicide Squad is already in the main cinemas in Spain. The premiere of James Gunn’s new feature film, which this time goes to DC Extended Universe, leave some questions during your post-credit scene. Of course, if you have not seen it yet, we recommend that you stop reading from this moment on.

What does the post-credit scene of The Suicide Squad mean?

You must understand that the post credits scene it is divided into two parts. The first of them occurs after the final poster of the film appears. In it we see Weasel (Sean Gunn) come back to life and dive into the deep forest. Remember that this character is part of one of the alleged casualties during the storm that occurs on the beach. It is not clear when he returns to life, days or weeks later, but what is clear is that we will be able to see him in future installments of the DC Universe.

The second part, on the other hand, appears after finishing the credits in full. It is the one that has the most value of the two, since it establishes a direct connection with what awaits the license. In it two characters appear, Emilia Harcourt (Jennifer Holland) y John Economos (Steve Agee), who are heading to an emergency room. A doctor attends to them about the condition of a patient who has survived certain death, and shortly thereafter, he leaves for the United States.

That patient is nothing more and nothing less than Peacemaker, the character played by John Cena. Remember that in the final stretch he is shot in the heart by Bloosport (Idris Elba), after all the events that happen. In fact, Harcourt in one of the phrases in this fragment alludes to Peacemaker “saving the fucking world” once he recovers from his injuries. It is clear that it will be one of the main faces of his return in the future.
