A new series is coming to the grid of Telemundo. This melodrama started its recordings several weeks ago and expects to be released in 2022.
The project, which has as a location the sets of Telemundo Center in Miami, has Spanish Iván Sánchez (“The Queen of the South”) and Angélica Celaya (“Jenni Rivera: Mariposa de barrio”) as its protagonists. Likewise, the antagonists of the story are nothing more and nothing less than Catherine Siachoque and Mauricio Islas.
“This is a true love story that will reach the audience’s hearts directly as they see themselves reflected in the characters who face challenges and family problems where love will be the key to overcoming everything”, he pointed Karen Barroeta, Executive Vice President of Production and Development for Telemundo Global Studios, through a press release.
The novel revolves around Ricardo Oribe, a successful businessman who loves his family and his wife Daniela, who wants to become an actress. This guy’s life changes when Emilio, his best friend, betrays him and tries to murder him to keep everything that belongs to him: his business and family. People close to Uribe think he is dead, but he is still alive, unfortunately amnesia will prevent this man from returning home.
Fifteen years later, Ricardo faces changes in his physical appearance and his memory regains, so he is willing to return home and claim what is his. This is how he decides to use another identity, that of Pablo Silva, so as not to have problems with the authorities, because of the plan made by his former best friend.
Oribe will seek to resume the relationship with his beloved wife and children, but first he will have to take care that no one discovers his true identity and this has ruined his life again.
Although the exact date of the premiere has not been communicated, the production has reported that “The woman of my life” will hit the screens of Telemundo in 2022, that is, in just a few months.
