They reveal what is this device that Kid Loki uses in the Marvel series

Kid Loki, played by Jack Veal, appeared in the fifth episode of Loki, titled “Journey into Mystery.” We now know that his nexus event was to have killed Thor, a feat that makes him the “king” of the Loki. The character appears for the last time using a device similar to a remote control, a detail that has caused much doubt in the Marvel community. What precisely is that artifact?

Regardless, in design and function, the device shared more than a few shades with the gear used by Jane Foster (Natalie Portman) and her team in Thor: The Dark World. There, the device was used to detect (and manipulate) the power fluctuations caused by The Convergence. In the hands of Kid Loki, this device was used as an early warning system. He pointed out when and where the newly pruned branches would fall on The Void. That detection was also for the people (and the gods), explaining how Kid Loki and the other variants were able to find Loki before Alioth killed him.

Aside from not having a name, there also didn’t seem to be a basis for the device in the comics. However, it further solidified why Kid Loki was seen as superior to many other variants of Loki. After all, none of the others shown seemed to have created such a device.

When it comes to comics, Kid Loki is just as tech-savvy as most kids and teens growing up in the modern age. Like them, along with Kid Loki’s various powers, he could often be seen accessing smartphones and similar devices.
