Wall St opens flat to fiscal uncertainty and losses in technology

Sep 17 (Reuters) – US stocks were flat on Friday, with the technology sector declining sharply, while uncertainty over corporate taxes and an upcoming Federal Reserve meeting kept investors on the sidelines.

* The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 13.46 points, or 0.04%, to 34,737.86 points. The S&P 500 was down 4.01 points, or 0.09%, at 4,469.74 and the Nasdaq Composite was down 18.57 points, or 0.12%, at 15,163.36.
