HBO launched the first trailer official of Tina Turner, the upcoming documentary about the life and long career of the iconic singer. “I started to really see that I had to make a change. Divorce, I got nothing. No money, no home. So I said, I’ll just take my name,” Turner says in the trailer.

The trailer includes clips from his performances and interviews from the film that recall how he “filled in” various iconic locations.
“When I saw her dance, it was all I could see,” said one interviewee.

“It’s like the worst moments of your life have been an inspiration,” said a third.
Late last month, the HBO platform released the first trailer for the film with clips focusing on Turner’s tumultuous childhood.
The documentary, directed by Dan Lindsay, TJ Martin and Lightbox, offers a “revealing and intimate look at Turner’s life and career,” according to the official synopsis.
The documentary features interviews with singer Tina Turner in her hometown of Zurich, Switzerland and shows new images, audio tapes, personal photos of the queen of rock ‘n’ roll.
