During a past Comic Con, Marvel Studios announced several films and series that will make up phase 4 of the Avengers Cinematic Universe. Among these productions, “What if …?” Was presented.

It is an animated series that will address stories that we never got to see on the big screen. Some characters did not exist, others changed places, while other episodes show crazy scenarios like a zombie attack.

While Marvel shares the first series of phase 4 such as “WandaVision”, “The Falcon and the Winter Soldier” and “Loki”, prepares the premiere for August 11 of this new production.

Recently, the production company shared the first extended trailer where fragments of the different episodes are seen. As announced at the Comic Con conference, the same actors who bring Marvel’s heroes to life will participate in giving the characters a voice.

It has attracted the attention of some fans to listen to Chadwick Boseman, an actor who played Black Panther. This is because the actor passed away in August 2020 from advanced colon cancer.

We have seen that Loki was imprisoned by the authority of time after escaping with the tesseract during the Avengers mission in New York. As is to be expected, he has been involved in new adventures.

In chapter 4 of the series we saw that the protagonist was eliminated by one of the rods of the TVA agents but he has not really died, but was transferred to the ‘end of the world’.

It is a dimension where the organization of time sends all alternate realities to eventually freeze and not develop. Living beings, on the other hand, are eaten by Alioth, one of the most powerful beings in the MCU and Marvel comics.

In Chapter 5 we see that he joins a new team of Lokis and it is revealed that they are also stranded there. Curiously, in the secret base it is possible to see a Mjolnir and next to it a jar where Thor Rana is found.

In the comics he is known as Simon Walterson and he is simply a human who was transformed into a frog by a spell.
