The most anticipated moment of the week finally arrives. Friday night. Equipped with your favorite blanket and grabbing the remote control, it’s time to start devouring contents non-stop until your eyes fall out, so we leave you with a series of recommendations so you do not have to squeeze too much coconut. What to watch on Netflix, HBO Max, and Amazon Prime Video?
What to watch on Netflix
The premiere series that comes to Netflix is Vikings Valhalla, the long-awaited sequel to the famous Vikings, which this time takes us 100 years after the events of the original series. This new installment has been released today, so it will possibly be a topic of conversation in the coming days – especially considering that the critics are being very kind to it, valuing it very positively. It will be better that you get with it right now (there are 24 chapters in its first season), although if you were already a fan of Vikings, surely we do not have to insist on you.
What to watch on HBO Max
Clint Eastwood’s latest feature film is true to his style. In Cry Macho, the filmmaker once again puts himself in the shoes of an American stereotype, this time being the role of a former rodeo star and horse breeder who decides to accept a somewhat dangerous job: bringing a young man from Mexico across the border.
In addition to Eastwood, we have on the screen Eduardo Minett, Natalia Traven, and Horacio GarcÃa Rojas, among others, and a collection of very different reviews: there are those who have loved it and others who believe that it is one of the most lukewarm works of the mythical actor and director.
On the other hand, on Sunday we will find the premiere of the new season of Killing Eve, since the first two chapters of season 4 will give the starting signal for this new installment in which we will see if finally how the tito ends and continuous loosening between Eve and Villanelle. Remember that this fourth season will be the last of the series, so we can finally have a final outcome to this particular story and duel between actresses Sandra Oh and Jodie Comer. Will it convince us or not?
What to watch on Amazon Prime Video
What do you think if you closely follow the first flight into space of the mythical Star Trek star, William Shatner, aboard the New Shepard, of Blue Origin? That’s just what Shatner in Space offers, a documentary now available on Prime Video in which you can see the actor preparing for the adventure, in full action aboard the cutting-edge suborbital rocket, and after returning from such an experience.
Joining Shatner on this special flight are Audrey Powers, Blue Origin’s vice president of mission and flight operations; Chris Boshuizen, co-founder of Planet Labs; and Glen de Vries, co-founder of Medidata Solutions. A trip of those that are not forgotten in life, there is no doubt about it.
