GAME Spain will open a new unit list from PlayStation 5 this Monday, August 2 from 22:00 (CEST). Players interested in getting this summer with a PS5 in its model with a disc reader have a new opportunity to get hold of this model of the new Sony console, since as usual since the premiere of the machine last November 2020 , demand is well above stock.

The official Twitter account of the GAME Spain colleagues is very clear in its publication when it comes to specifying the criteria and conditions that we must meet in order to ensure our PS5 unit with a disc reader. Not in vain, we will review the most important aspects below.
- Reservation opening date: August 2 at 22:00 (Peninsula and Balearic Islands); 21:00 (Canary Islands).
- You must be a member and be registered in GAME.es.
- Units will be very limited.
- Only one unit per member.

When asked when there will be normal stock of PS5 in stores again, we rely on Sony’s own statements corresponding to last May: this lack of supply may extend until next year 2022. They also indicated that they expect an increase in the pace of production this summer, which may mean a higher frequency of PlayStation 5 stock from this last quarter.
Looking ahead to the end of the year, Sony plans to release Ghost of Tsushima: Director’s Cut on August 20, Death Stranding: Director’s Cut on September 24, and Horizon Forbidden West in late 2021.
