After he became the first LGBT Bachelor in April 2021, people have been curious about Colton Underwood’s lover and who he is currently dating. Colton, the season 23 Bachelor, came out as gay in an appearance on “Good Morning America” in 2021, two years after his show of The Bachelor aired on ABC.
“This year has been a lot for a lot of people,” he remarked at the time, and it has definitely forced a large number of people to look at themselves and find out who they are. According to him, he has despised himself for a long time, and he has run from himself for a long time.
Colton made his Bachelor Nation appearance with Becca Kufrin on season 14 of The Bachelorette. He went on to appear in season 5 of Bachelor before being selected in Bachelor 23 and became the show’s first, virgin Bachelor.
In an April 2021 question and answer session with Good Morning America, Colton said that he had never had an “emotional connection” with a guy. He said, “I have never allowed myself to. It’s never been, sort of, in my cards to let myself get there, and I want to more than anything.” So, who is Colton Underwood’s boyfriend right now, and who is he dating? Jordan C. Brown
After they were caught kissing at the Fourth Season in Maui, Hawaii, in September 2021, news of Colton’s romance with political consultant Jordan C. Brown surfaced. Colton and Jordan were seen reclining side by side on the beach chairs as they leaned in for a kiss in photographs shared by TMZ. Jordan is nine years older than Colton.
Jordan, the founder of election strategy firm “One Blue Hill,” campaigned on John Kerry’s presidential election campaign in 2004 and helped finance for Barack Obama’s presidential campaigns in 2008 and 2012. Jordan was also a part of Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign.
Jordan earned a bachelor’s of arts in English and political science from Stanford University in 2004, as per his Linkedin profile. He, like Colton, resides in Los Angeles. Jordan and Colton are pals with Olympic skier Gus Kenworthy, although it is unknown how they met. In June 2021, the three traveled to Provincetown, Massachusetts, with the help of other friends.
As per cheatsheet, Colton stated that he and Jordan are “in love” in a December 2021 conversation with Us Weekly while advertising his Netflix docuseries, “Coming Out Colton.” He remarks that as far as it continues, everything has gone very well. He further adds that the great thing happened after the performance; he had no idea what was going to happen next. He only knew he was still coming out, and really he is still coming out as per his statement. His friends and support groups have become very beneficial and effective in their relationship.
In December 2021, Colton verified to The New York Times that his family had met Jordan. The simplest way for him to describe it is that it felt like he was taking a girl home, Colton said in the interview. At the time, he also told People that the connection was unexpected. Initially, he was not very interested in dating. However, since then, he has met someone with whom he is deeply in love.
Cassie Randolph was the season 23 winner of The Bachelor in 2019. Colton persuaded her to stay over there in the final three after he parted with his runners-up, Tayshia Adams and Hannah Godwin. Colton confirmed on Instagram in May 2020, a year after his Bachelor’s ending, that he and Cassie had split up.
Cassie confirmed the separation in a statement of her own. “First off, I want to say this is one of the hardest things I have had to share as neither one of us is quite ready to talk about it yet,” she wrote.
Cassie obtained a restraining order against Colton in September 2020, claiming Domestic Violence Protection as the reason. Cassie alleged her ex-boyfriend of physically assaulting her, sending disturbing text messages, and installing a monitoring device on her car, according to court records acquired by sources. She also alleged that Colton conducted “obsessive” treks between her apartment and her family’s house in Huntington Beach, California. After the filing, Colton was instructed to maintain at least 100 yards from Cassie, her residence, her vehicle, and her employment. He was also told not to make “any direct or indirect contact, in any way” with her.
Cassie dismissed the restraining order three days before their first court hearing in November 2020. In a statement at the time, Colton stated, “Today, Cassie asked the court to dismiss the temporary restraining order against me.” They were able to come to an arrangement in private to resolve Cassie’s worries. He does not think Cassie did anything illegal when she filed the restraining orders, and he thinks she did it in good faith.
Colton apologies to Cassie for his conduct following their divorce during a Good Morning America broadcast in April 2021. “I would like to say sorry for how things ended. I messed up,” he said. He went on to say that he was in a relationship with Cassie, which made things even more difficult and perplexing for him.
Cassie referenced Colton’s coming out the interview in a clip on her YouTube channel in April 2021, telling her viewers that she wants to move “forward” from her previous relationship. “Before I get into anything, I just want to say thank you so much for all the kind comments and messages from you guys,” she stated.
