Adam Schefter Suggests Chiefs’ Travis Kelce Bought Ring for Taylor Swift

Travis Kelce has had quite an eventful offseason, and things might be getting even more interesting according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

On a recent episode of NFL Live, the analyst hinted that the Kansas City Chiefs’ star tight end may have recently purchased an engagement ring for his girlfriend, Taylor Swift. Host Laura Rutledge began by teasing a significant announcement but then stated that Kelce did not, in fact, buy a ring.

“Laura, how do you know that Travis Kelce didn’t buy an engagement ring?” Schefter questioned.

“I don’t know, do you know?” Rutledge responded.

Schefter then remained silent for a few seconds, possibly hinting that he knows more than what the general public is aware of. This moment raised some eyebrows because Schefter is typically a primary source for breaking news in the league. If anyone would have inside knowledge, it would likely be him.

It might just be Schefter having some fun with the viewers of the show, but there’s also a chance that he knows something that could surprise the sports world when it eventually becomes public knowledge.
