Adele’s $58M Home for Family Life with Fiancé Rich Paul Amid Long Absence

During a recent show in Munich, Adele was visibly emotional as she informed fans of her impending break from music. The Grammy-winning singer, who has been performing tirelessly since 2022 as part of her Las Vegas Residency, expressed her feelings to the audience by stating, “I have 10 shows to do, but after that, I will not see you for an incredibly long time, and I will hold you dear in my heart.”

Adele, aged 36, has been putting the final touches on her $58 million mansion purchased with her fiancé, Rich Paul. This Beverly Hills property has been under renovation for over a year, with major structural changes including the removal of the second floor and demolition of certain walls, as per TMZ.

As she prepares for a prolonged hiatus from the public eye, Adele has openly shared her aspirations for having a second child, which will be her first with Rich Paul. Fans are curious about where the “Someone Like You” singer will be retreating with her fiancé and her 11-year-old son, Angelo, post-Vegas residency.

Her renovated estate features two levels, a large wraparound balcony, and a covered terrace adorned with decorative columns and chandelier lighting. Interestingly, a Rocky-themed statue and a lush pool are the only elements from the previous owner, Sylvester Stallone, that remain intact.

When Adele bought the house from Stallone in January 2022, it was a notable deal. Initially listed for $110 million, the property’s price was reduced to $80 million before Adele acquired it for $58 million.

This sprawling estate spans 3.5 acres and includes eight bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. The amenities are extensive, featuring a master suite equipped with a sauna, steam room, office, and terrace. There is also a cinema, infinity pool, spa, putting green, art studio, and an eight-car garage.

The estate even includes a two-story guest house with two en-suite bedrooms and a chef’s kitchen, making it perfect for hosting friends and family from the UK. Other notable features include views of Rodeo Drive and a fully-equipped home gym for Adele’s daily workouts.

The lavish area of Beverly Park, home to many A-list celebrities like Eddie Murphy and Denzel Washington, will be Adele’s new neighborhood. She confirmed moving into the house with her fiancé Rich Paul in May 2022 through a photo of them standing outside their new home with the keys.

Throughout her career, Adele has built an impressive property portfolio, owning multiple homes in Beverly Hills. She bought a house from her friend Nicole Richie in July 2021 and started the selling process for this property last year, with an asking price of $12 million.

In 2016, she acquired a four-bedroom, six-bathroom house for $9.5 million, which includes a pool and summerhouse. This home made an appearance in her “Vogue 73 Questions” interview ahead of her album “30” in 2021.
