Alan Hamel Claims Suzanne Somers Visits Nearly a Year After Her Death

It’s always difficult when a loved one passes away. Even when we feel prepared to say goodbye, the loss breaks our hearts. Suzanne Somers, well-known for her role in Three’s Company, died in October 2023 after a lengthy battle with breast cancer. She was 76 years old at the time of her passing. Her widower, Alan Hamel, who is now 88, says he can still feel her presence in their home.

Suzanne and Alan married in 1977, and their bond was deeply significant. In the months since Suzanne’s death, Alan shared with Fox News Digital some unusual experiences that make him feel she is still with him.

One day, Alan was in the kitchen with his family when Suzanne’s favorite song suddenly started playing on the audio system, which had not been turned on. The song, a Latin piece performed by an obscure artist, was one they used to dance to together in the kitchen. The music played on its own, and when it ended, the audio system remained off.

Later that same day, the fireplace seemed to ignite on its own, and a hummingbird flew into the house, landing on a photo of Suzanne. These events felt too significant to be coincidences for Alan.

Such experiences have reinforced Alan’s belief in the afterlife. Although he battles with loneliness, having been with Suzanne for so many years, he finds comfort in these moments that feel like her presence.

“When I go to bed at night, during that time when you’re not asleep yet, that’s when I really feel Suzanne’s presence to the point where it’s palpable,” Alan shared. “I remember one night I was so positive she was in bed with me. I reached over just to check, and of course, she wasn’t there.”

These comforting experiences have given Alan the sense that Suzanne is still nearby, providing solace during his time of grief.
