All About Luke Grimes’s Wife Bianca Rodrigues and His Swoon-Worthy Love Life

We know him and love him as the brooding yet sensitive Kayce Dutton on Yellowstone — loving father to Tate and husband to Monica, played by Kelsey Asbille. However, Luke Grimes has found a love for himself off screen — and we can’t get enough of the swoon-worthy romance he shares with his wife, Bianca Rodrigues.

Grimes has been married to Brazilian model Bianca Rodrigues since 2018. Though she and her husband live in Montana, where Grimes films his hit Paramount Network drama series Yellowstone (co-starring Kevin Costner), it wasn’t that long ago that Bianca made the United States her home for the first time.

When Grimes first met Bianca, she had only moved to the US a few years prior, not knowing a word of English. “When I met her, she had only lived here for two years but she spoke beautiful, fluent English,” Grimes told PEOPLE. “I was like, ‘How did you learn it so fast?’ And she said, ‘I watched The Office with subtitles’,” he shared in the wake of the release of his 2023 film Happiness for Beginners alongside Ellie Kemper of The Office.

Luke and Bianca are the proud parents of two Bengal cats, who Grimes has shared are a huge part of their life. The actor even explained how during the filming of his movie Happiness for Beginners (2023), he and his wife brought their fur babies with them.

“We have these two Bengal cats that are our kids right now, and we can’t just leave them places because they’re weird and big, and they’re legitimate cats,” he told PEOPLE in 2023. “So we had to take them to this tiny apartment where we were staying in.”

And while their feline friends have most certainly brought them an abundance of happiness, Grimes and Rodrigues were thrilled to announce that their family would be expanding as Bianca is expecting their first child.

On August 4, Rodrigues shared a post on Instagram that was a photo of her reflection showcasing her bump with the caption reading, “Can’t wait to meet you little one ❤️.”

While the couple keeps a relatively low profile aside from the occasional social media post of the two of them enjoying their time together, Grimes hasn’t shied away from sharing his love for his wife.

“I just wanted to make it very clear. I’m a very married person and I love my wife to death. We’ll be together forever,” Grimes told USA Today in 2023.

In response to the nickname his wife has given him — “anjo,” meaning “angel” in Portuguese — Grimes says, “There’s no way I earn it. I do my best. But I’m a flawed big ol’ weird-ass man. She’s the real angel here.”
