Alleged Peruvian Gang Leader Captured by ICE in Upstate New York

An alleged gang leader connected to a shocking 23 murders in Peru has been apprehended by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The arrest took place on Thursday in Endicott, New York, during a targeted operation, as confirmed by sources familiar with the situation.

Gianfranco Torres-Navarro, aged 38, is said to be the head of “Los Killers,” a notorious gang operating in Peru, according to local law enforcement authorities.
