Anna Delvey Joins ‘Dancing With the Stars’ Post-Prison Release

Convicted felon Anna Delvey has been working hard to reinvent her image since being released from prison.

According to Page Six, the “fake-heiress” is heading to Los Angeles to take part in the next season of Dancing With the Stars.

Despite being on house arrest since 2022, Delvey has apparently “been given special permission to travel to LA,” where the ABC dance competition series tapes.

Delvey landed in the slammer in 2019 after swindling a huge chunk of change from investors by portraying herself as NYC’s biggest socialite.

The clever con was portrayed — quite brilliantly — by actress Julia Garner in the Netflix miniseries Inventing Anna.

Since sashaying out of prison, Delvey has returned to social media, launched a fashion PR firm, the OutLaw Agency, with veteran Kelly Cutrone, and is ready for her first Fashion Week to prove to the world that she is a force to be reckoned with.

“I’m grateful to be able to control my own narrative again,” she told Daily Mail.

“I made mistakes, but I’ve grown up and I’m in a different mindset now. I want to get on with the rest of my life. I hope people will see that I’ve changed and that I’m not the same person, and they’ll give me the opportunity to move on,” the 33-year-old admitted.

Although Delvey’s casting hasn’t been confirmed, the only contestant that has been unveiled is Olympain Stephen Nedoroscik.

We also learned that pro Witney Carson is set to return, and pros Artem Chigvintsev and Peta Murgatroyd will NOT be in the ballroom.
