Argentina Cautions Fans: FIFA May Sanction for Offensive Chants
The Argentina national football team has called on its supporters to avoid using any offensive or discriminatory chants during the upcoming CONMEBOL World Cup qualifying match against Chile. This request comes as a precaution to prevent potential sanctions from FIFA.

This appeal follows a recent incident involving midfielder Enzo Fernández, who shared a video showing the team singing a discriminatory chant aimed at players of African descent from the French team after Argentina’s 1-0 victory over Colombia in the Copa América final.
