Athlete Shaded by Brother Kordell’s ‘Love Island’ Co-star JaNa Craig

Odell Beckham Jr. has recently been labeled as a ‘bad tipper,’ becoming the latest wealthy athlete to face this accusation.

The claim surfaced during the newest season of Love Island USA, which includes Odell’s younger brother, Kordell, who is 22 years old.

In the third episode of the reality show’s sixth season, Kordell finally disclosed that he is the younger brother of the 31-year-old NFL wide receiver after initially keeping it a secret.

His revelation caused quite a stir among the female contestants, who began admiring Odell, all except for JaNa Craig, 27. She criticized the professional athlete on live TV, right in front of Kordell.

The cast was engaged in a game of “higher or lower,” where participants guessed details about each other, such as body counts, instances of being “ghosted,” and the amount of money spent on a partner. During this game, Kordell admitted to having ghosted over 1,000 women, stunning his fellow contestants.

Kordell shared, “I’m related to a famous football player — Odell Beckham Jr. It’s always him brought up in the conversations and when I noticed that, I’d be like, ‘girl, stop talking to me,'” while the show panned to the ladies’ responses.

Inside a confessional, Hannah Smith exclaimed, “Lord, when I heard who his brother was… that’s my celebrity crush!”

Still standing on opposite sides in the game, Olivia Walker humorously mentioned she hoped the show would have a “family week” in person, while Kaylor Martin noted, “I bet he’s watching.”

“He’s definitely watching,” JaNa confirmed, adding, “He comes to my club. I’ve met him.”

“Did you know that he’s his brother?” Hannah asked, to which JaNa replied, “No. But he’s not a good tipper.”

Being Odell’s younger brother didn’t seem to have much impact on Kordell’s experience in the villa. In fact, his famous sibling might have given him an edge, as Kordell emerged as the winner of Love Island USA Season 6, along with Serena Page, 24.

In July, Odell supported his younger brother’s reality TV stint by re-sharing a post uploaded by Kordell. The post encouraged fans to vote for him and his girlfriend as their “favorite couple.”

“Lil brah ya came a long way 😂😂🥹,” the Miami Dolphins wide receiver remarked on his Instagram Story.
