BABYMONSTER Ahyeon Faces Heated Debate Over ‘Lazy’ Dancing Claim

A heated debate sparked among K-Netz and BABYMONSTER (BAEMON) fans in an online community after Ahyeon was accused of being a “lazy” dancer.

On July 20, BABYMONSTER took the stage at the Tencent Music Entertainment Awards (TMEA). During their performance, they sang their hit song, “LIKE THAT,” demonstrating charisma and confidence through their choreography. While the group delivered in terms of visuals, vocals, and dance skills, Ahyeon, in particular, caught everyone’s eye for her energy.

Previously, Ahyeon faced criticism for “overdancing,” with netizens suggesting she tone down her movements to match the group and avoid overshadowing her fellow members. This led to accusations of her trying to “steal the spotlight,” resulting in a wave of negative comments.
