Bath & Body Works Releases ‘Stranger Things’ Candle Collection

Fans of Netflix’s hit series Stranger Things can now bring the smells of Hawkins, Indiana into their homes.

Bath & Body Works has teamed up with the show to release a limited-edition collection of scented candles inspired by the ’80s vibes and iconic characters from the series. The Stranger Things x Bath & Body Works collection features four distinct 3-wick candles, each inspired by popular elements from the series.

The Steve’s Scoops candle combines the sweet aroma of vanilla ice cream, sprinkles, and the nutty and toasted scent of waffle cones. It is an homage to Steve Harrington’s Scoops Ahoy job in Season 3.

Argyle’s Pineapple Pizza offers the mouthwatering scent of baked pizza dough, fruity pineapple, and the peppery aroma of basil. This candle pays tribute to the quirky pizza delivery guy introduced in Season 4.

The Hopper’s Coffee scented candle delivers a rich, strong fragrance of roasted coffee grounds, the earthy and woody scent of tonka beans, and a splash of half-and-half. This candle is inspired by Chief Hopper’s love for a strong cup of joe.

Eleven’s Waffles captures the sugary scent of maple syrup, undertones of frozen waffles, and the rich aroma of melted butter. This fragrance is a nod to Eleven’s Season 1 fixation with the breakfast dish.

The Stranger Things x Bath & Body Works candle collection will be available starting Thursday, July 18th while supplies last. Each candle is priced at $29.95, with an opportunity to get them for $10 off during a promotion running from July 18 to July 21.

Every candle in the collection comes in a glass jar featuring distinctive Stranger Things artwork and the show’s iconic logo. These candles are a must-have collectible for fans of the series.

Since they’re limited edition, they have become a hot collectible for fans eagerly awaiting the show’s fifth and final season, possibly arriving in 2025.

An uproar from fans occurred on Reddit before Bath & Body Works made the official announcement about the collaboration. A leak on Reddit suggested that the scented candles would be available on July 16th. This incorrect date left many fans flustered, waking up early only to discover the candles were not available yet.

I know I was waiting, set my alarm to wake up early. I was going to get the Pizza and Ice Cream candles. But nope nothing, I thought maybe today was a members exclusive. Why was everyone bringing up the 16th? There wasn’t even a new preview, just the same one. – brandiLeeCO

Another leak with the correct dates still left fans disgruntled as they believed the news of the collab was too last minute. Another Reddit user complained:
