Bindi Irwin Shares Family News and Future Children Plans

As the daughter of the world-renowned Crocodile Hunter Steve Irwin, Bindi Irwin has some pretty big shoes to fill. She and her family currently keep the Australia Zoo running and work tirelessly for the benefit of animals around the world.

Now, Bindi is married and has a daughter of her own, Grace Warrior Powell. She and her husband Chandler happily raise the little girl while being the best conservationists they can possibly be.

Fans often ask Bindi and Chandler about their desire to have more children someday. They recently addressed the topic in a new video.

“Basically, we get asked this question a lot,” Chandler shared in the video. “And Bindi, a lot of you may already know, she went through a big journey with endometriosis. And basically it was an absolute miracle that we had Grace.”

He added that little Grace fills their lives with joy and they don’t necessarily need or want to welcome more children.

“We love Grace so much and are reveling in every little moment we have with her, with our little miracle baby,” Bindi’s husband continued. “So we are so happy with our little family at three.”

Bindi also chimed in, emphasizing the importance of being considerate when asking such personal questions. “And I really appreciate everybody who’s curious to see if we will have another child, but I do just want to send it out there that remember to be careful when you ask this question because you never know what’s happening in someone’s life. In a family’s world, everything may seem fine on the outside, but their own personal journey might have been filled with turmoil and challenges that you can’t even fathom.”

The Dancing With The Stars alum went on to add that she and Chandler feel remarkably lucky to have Grace as their daughter.

“She is our beautiful girl, but she will probably be our one child. So she will be our one child,” Bindi concluded. However, she added that she and her husband can’t predict the future.

“Maybe we will be blessed with another little one down the road,” the conservationist said. “That would be incredible. But, yeah, who knows?”
