Jared mentioned, “We joked about naming him Anakin as I’m a big Star Wars fan and Ashley fangirled over Hayden Christensen as a teen. That sparked the idea for the name Hayden.” Although it took some time for them to feel convinced that Hayden fit well with Haibon, they eventually felt it was the perfect choice.

Ashley, well-known for her fondness for Tom Cruise, explained that the middle name, Cruise, was a fitting tribute. She noted, “We always knew the middle name would be Cruise because we bonded over being Tom Cruise fans while first meeting on Bachelor in Paradise 2.” The couple even had the opportunity to meet Tom Cruise the previous year, which solidified their decision.
