Blake Lively Addresses Ryan Reynolds Divorce Rumors

Blake Lively recently quashed divorce rumors about her and husband Ryan Reynolds with a simple but effective response.

The couple first met in 2010 on the set of “Green Lantern” and tied the knot two years later. Over the years, they have been known for their playful banter on social media. Earlier this month, Lively even teased her husband during his “Deadpool & Wolverine” press tour.

In a recent Instagram post, Lively faced a slew of divorce rumors. One fan commented, “If you guys ever divorce, I’m not believing in love any more.” Another follower added, “You and Ryan need to post more of each other, there were rumors going around that you two got divorced and I didn’t believe it because you two are literally the perfect couple.”

Lively responded with a humorous, “Haha they wish,” complete with a laughing face emoji, putting the rumors to rest.

Previously, Lively had a conversation with her friend Amber Tamblyn on her show “Further Ado,” where she shared a specific rule they follow to maintain their relationship. “When Ryan and I got together, we made a rule not to work at the same time,” Lively revealed, as reported by E! News. “So that we could always prioritize our personal life.”

She admitted that this adjustment took time, especially after becoming parents. “That takes working really hard when we’re not. Just like financial planning and sustaining that; it takes balance,” she explained. “I’m used to working hard and going and going and going and going and not stopping. Especially, ‘Gossip Girl’ was six years of my life, and we were sometimes shooting three episodes at once.”
