Blake Lively Reportedly Fat-Shamed by Co-Star Justin Baldoni

New details are emerging about the alleged tension between Blake Lively and co-star Justin Baldoni. The two actors star opposite each other in the drama It Ends With Us, and this past week, rumors have been swirling about some on-set conflict. Speculation further intensified as both Lively and Baldoni have not been doing press together.

TMZ reports that the animosity might stem from Lively allegedly feeling fat-shamed and a lengthy kiss. Sources reveal that Baldoni, who also directed the project, reportedly inquired about Lively’s weight before a scene where he was required to lift her up. This concern could’ve been due to Baldoni’s back problems, but Lively supposedly felt fat-shamed.

In another instance, sources report that the Gossip Girl star was uncomfortable when Baldoni held a kiss for too long. Neither Baldoni nor Lively has commented on the alleged rift publicly, leaving fans to read between the lines.

Fueling the speculation, Baldoni mentioned in a red-carpet interview that he didn’t plan on directing the film’s sequel. He even suggested that Lively should direct it instead, reported People magazine.
