Brad Pitt Debuts New Girlfriend at Venice Film Festival Movie Premiere

Brad Pitt has gone public with his new girlfriend, Ines De Ramon, at the premiere of his latest movie Wolfs during the Venice Film Festival on Sunday, September 1.

The couple made their appearance alongside George Clooney and his wife Amal, posing together for photos on the red carpet.

Pitt, 60, started dating jewelry designer Ines De Ramon, 34, in 2022. The pair was first seen together at a Bono concert in Los Angeles. Reports suggest the Babylon actor is quite serious about his new relationship after being linked to several women following his 2016 divorce from Angelina Jolie.

Eight years after their split, Jolie and Pitt are still entangled in a bitter legal battle, with their divorce yet to be finalized. Nonetheless, Pitt appeared in high spirits during his movie premiere.

The film Wolfs features Clooney and Pitt as professional fixers who are compelled to work together despite their preference for working solo. Directed by Jon Watts, the action comedy has received positive reviews so far.

Angelina Jolie also attended the Venice Film Festival. She received an eight-minute standing ovation for her portrayal of opera singer Maria Callas in her new movie Maria. Plans were meticulously arranged to ensure Pitt and Jolie did not cross paths during the event, as disclosed by Alberto Barbera, the festival’s artistic director.

Barbera revealed to Vanity Fair: “Angelina will be on the first day, on Thursday 29, and she will leave right after with Pablo Larraín to go to Telluride. Brad will arrive only on Saturday, to Venice.” He confirmed: “There is no way that they can cross each other at the Lido.”

Pitt and Jolie have been in litigation since 2021, after Pitt sued Jolie for allegedly “secretly” selling her shares in Château Miraval.

The winery dispute adds to Jolie’s ongoing abuse allegations against Pitt, which reportedly led her to file for divorce following an incident on a private flight from France to Los Angeles in September 2016. Court documents, obtained by The New York Times, alleged that Pitt “choked one of the children and struck another in the face” and “grabbed Jolie by the head and shook her.”

The filing further mentioned that Pitt “poured beer on Jolie; at another time, he poured beer and red wine on the children.”

Pitt has strongly denied the allegations and was not charged following an investigation into the 2016 abuse claims.
