Britney Spears Defends Beckinsale, Fires Back at Ozzy Osbourne Criticism

The pop star fired back at the Black Sabbath rocker Wednesday, shortly after Ozzy shared his opinion on Britney’s frequent dance clips posted from her home, where she’s often twirling around scantily clad.

Britney starts by defending Kate, writing, “I adore Kate Beckinsale especially because she’s from London. I realized how incredibly cruel people were, talking about her Instagram and suggesting she needs more age-appropriate content.”

She goes on to say she appreciates Kate’s signature bow and her defiance against the critics, and then pivots to how she’s also been slammed for her own videos, which some consider weird or off-putting.

Britney explains why she dances so often—she’s good at it and loves it. She then takes a direct swipe at Ozzy and his family, adding, “I’m gonna do a photoshoot with Kate and tell the Osbourne family, who are the most boring family known to mankind, to kindly f*** off!!!”

She’s responding to Ozzy name-dropping Britney in a podcast with his family, where he said he was fed up with Britney’s dance videos, calling them nauseating.
