Brooks Jensen Angered by WWE’s Reuse of 2K20 Music for His Entrance Theme

Brooks Jensen, an emerging star in WWE’s NXT, has been making waves with his impressive performances. This week on NXT, Jensen managed to secure his position within the company during an important meeting. However, he has voiced his dissatisfaction with his current WWE theme song, which was initially used in WWE 2K20.

On the July 9 episode of WWE NXT, Brooks Jensen had a sit-down discussion with NXT General Manager Ava. They talked about the difficulties he’s encountered, such as losing his tag team and feeling deserted. Ava revealed that she and Shawn Michaels had considered letting him go but ultimately chose to keep him based on positive feedback.

Ava stressed the necessity for Brooks to present himself like an NXT Superstar, and their meeting concluded with a handshake. Later in the episode, Brooks Jensen made a strong impression by attacking Je’Von Evans.

Known for often airing his grievances on social media, Jensen recently responded to a fan on Twitter. The fan pointed out that one of his solo theme songs was the same as the one used by “Misfit Molly,” a version of Becky Lynch created for WWE 2K20. Jensen replied that this similarity was the reason for his annoyance, and he should have continued using “Separate Ways.” For those unfamiliar, Jensen used the Journey song “Separate Ways” for a dark match in 2023.

”You get why I’m piss now. Should’ve went my Separate Ways”

Fans are now waiting to see how WWE proceeds with Brooks Jensen’s storyline in the upcoming weeks. It’s evident that he is drawing significant inspiration from the ‘Loose Cannon’ Brian Pillman, sparking eager anticipation from the audience for his next moves.
