‘Buying Beverly Hills’ with Mauricio Umansky Has Ended

In a somewhat unexpected turn, Netflix has decided to cancel one of its notable reality TV series, **”Buying Beverly Hills”**, according to Deadline.

The series spanned two seasons before being axed, with Deadline’s sources attributing the cancellation to low viewership numbers that couldn’t justify the continuation of the show.

“Buying Beverly Hills” centered around Mauricio Umansky’s real estate business, which dealt with a range of high-value properties. The series didn’t just focus on professional dealings; it also offered a glimpse into the personal lives of the team. A significant part of the show revolved around Umansky’s relationship challenges with his estranged wife, Kyle Richards, a cast member of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”

The show featured other prominent cast members like Sonika Vaid, Santiago Arana, and Ben Belack. It also showcased Umansky’s daughters, Alexia and Sophia Umansky, and his stepdaughter, Farrah Brittany.

“Buying Beverly Hills” concludes its run with a total of 18 episodes across two seasons. The first season premiered on November 4, 2022, and received enough attention to warrant a second season, which was released on March 22, 2024. There are currently no efforts underway to transfer the series to another streaming platform or television network.
