Celebrities Who’ve Publicly Admitted to Joining the Mile High Club

While promoting their film, “Mortdecai,” stars Johnny Depp, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Paul Bettany made an appearance on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.” During their visit, host Ellen DeGeneres engaged them in a game of “Never Have I Ever,” where she posed potentially embarrassing questions to the trio. One of the questions was whether they had ever joined the Mile High Club.

After a brief moment of contemplation, Depp and Paltrow instantly displayed their signs reading “I Have.” Bettany soon echoed their response, followed by DeGeneres herself confirming she was also a member.

This isn’t the first time DeGeneres has asked this cheeky question. She once asked Jennifer Aniston, alum of the iconic TV show “Friends,” the same thing. Aniston responded affirmatively, but DeGeneres pressed further, getting Aniston to admit that her escapades in the sky happened in the cockpit with both the pilot and a flight attendant. When Ellen humorously inquired if Aniston had munched on one of those tiny bags of airline peanuts during her fling, Aniston vehemently denied it, exclaiming, “No! That’s just disgusting.”

If Aniston’s story sounds a bit far-fetched, it turns out there’s a reason for that. When E! News later asked her to clarify her inflight adventures, Aniston revealed it was all a setup. “First of all, that’s not much of anybody’s business, and you know that was all a goof, right?” she confessed, disclosing that DeGeneres had instructed her to keep saying yes to any question posed. “I didn’t know what she was going to ask me,” Aniston added. “I’m blowing your whole cover, Ellen.”
