Christina Hall Shares Family Life Update after Divorcing Josh Hall

On Tuesday, July 16, newly obtained court documents revealed that Christina Hall and Josh Hall are set to divorce after nearly three years of marriage.

The 41-year-old HGTV star had been married to her fellow TV realtor since October 2021, making their union public six months later. Josh, aged 44, filed for divorce earlier this month.

In the wake of the news, Christina has not addressed the situation directly. However, she returned to social media shortly after with a heartfelt update from home.

The Flip or Flop host shared a sweet photograph on her Instagram Stories featuring her two sons Brayden, eight, and Hudson, four, who she shares with ex-husbands Tarek El Moussa and Ant Anstead, respectively.

The image captured the boys shirtless, sleeping on a sofa bed, and smiling for the camera, surrounded by plush toys. An enamored Christina wrote: “Summer sofa sleepovers [crying emoji] My sweet boys.”

According to documents obtained by E! News, the couple appears to have differing details in their respective divorce filings. Josh was the first to file, followed closely by Christina.

Josh has requested spousal support and an equal distribution of assets acquired after marriage, including their marital home in Newport Beach. Christina, however, stated the division of their assets will be determined later and requested the termination of her estranged husband’s alimony agreement.

Furthermore, Christina listed their date of separation as July 7, while Josh cited July 8.

Christina was first married to Tarek, her Flip or Flop co-host, from 2009 to 2016. The couple shares Brayden and their 13-year-old daughter, Taylor. In 2018, she married English TV host Ant Anstead, but they separated in 2020, with their divorce finalized in 2021.

Just days before their split became public, Christina gave an interview to E! News about the secret to her enduring marriage with Josh, following her two previous divorces.

Christina attributed their relationship’s success to “being communicative. Keep communication open. And then having alone time when we can, whether it’s date night, going on little trips — just things like that.”

Months prior, it was announced that Christina and Josh would be starring in a new HGTV real estate reality show alongside her ex Tarek and his new wife Heather Rae El Moussa, titled The Flip Off.

The series promises to showcase their competitive natures as dueling couples and exes. Christina mentioned that they haven’t started filming together yet and was slightly nervous about how their personalities would interact professionally. The show’s future amid Christina and Josh’s divorce remains uncertain.

“I think that there’s a lot of big personalities here,” Christina told the publication. “I mean not think — I know there’s a lot of personalities, there’s a lot of dynamics. So it’s gonna be really interesting. I’m honestly a little bit nervous. But it should be fun.”
