Clint Eastwood’s Partner Christina Sandera Passes Away at 61

Clint Eastwood has confirmed the passing of his longtime girlfriend, Christina Sandera. According to TMZ, the legendary actor and director shared the news of her death but did not provide any details regarding the cause.

“Christina was a lovely, caring woman, and I will miss her very much,” Eastwood expressed in his statement. A spokesperson for Warner Bros. also noted that no further information would be released.

Sandera, who was 61 years old, first crossed paths with Eastwood while working as a hostess at Mission Ranch Hotel and Restaurant in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California, which Eastwood owns. Their relationship blossomed in 2014, and they went public together at the 2015 Academy Awards in support of Eastwood’s film “American Sniper.”

Over the years, Sandera joined Eastwood on the red carpet for several of his movies, including “The Mule,” “Sully,” “The 15:17 to Paris,” and “Richard Jewell.”

Before his relationship with Sandera, Clint Eastwood had a history of high-profile romances. He was married twice — first to model Maggie Johnson from 1953 until 1964 (with their final divorce concluding in 1984), and then to television anchor Dina Ruiz from 1996 until their divorce in 2014.

Throughout his life, Eastwood had several long-term relationships. His most notable was with Oscar-nominated actress Sondra Locke. The two lived as domestic partners for 14 years and collaborated on six films. Eastwood also had relationships with Jacelyn Reeves and actress Frances Fisher.
