David Bromstad Looks Unrecognizable Without His Neck and Arm Tattoos

Nicki Swift’s social media team recently embarked on a creative project, removing David Bromstad’s tattoos through photo editing. The results are nothing short of astonishing. The edited image presents Bromstad with a completely bare face, arms, and chest, making him look strikingly different from the tattooed persona fans are accustomed to. This transformation is dramatic, as the intricate designs and vibrant colors that typically adorn his body are nowhere in sight.

For fans of the “My Lottery Dream Home” host, seeing Bromstad without any tattoos is quite a shock. He has consistently sported some form of ink since he first appeared on television. According to a past interview with Tattoo Co., Bromstad got his first tattoo shortly after college. Initially, he kept his body art under wraps, revealing only parts of it gradually over the years. Back in 2014, HGTV shared a video where Bromstad’s forearm, face, and parts of his neck were visible without any tattoos, showcasing a much more understated look.

Over the years, Bromstad has occasionally shared throwback photos of himself before he became heavily tattooed. For instance, in June 2017, he posted an image of his 19-year-old self without a single tattoo. The contrast between his younger, ink-free appearance and his current heavily tattooed look is quite striking. Of course, whether he looks better or worse with tattoos is subjective and up for debate. However, it’s clear that Bromstad himself is a fan of his body art and has no plans to remove it.
