David Hasselhoff Cries While Holding His ‘Perfect’ Granddaughter

David Hasselhoff, the iconic actor celebrated for his roles in “Knight Rider” and “Baywatch,” recently shared a heartfelt moment on Instagram — a photo of him meeting his first granddaughter, London.

Hasselhoff, now 72, posted the touching image, where he’s seen in a black shirt, cradling his newborn granddaughter while tears streamed down his face. He captioned it, “A crying Grandad. She’s perfect WOW. I am so blessed.”

London is the daughter of Taylor Hasselhoff-Fiore, David’s eldest daughter. Taylor also took to Instagram to share more about her newborn daughter, posting several adorable pictures of the baby.

“London Hasselhoff Fiore,” Taylor captioned her post. “Our Angel baby girl was born happy and healthy at 3:16 pm on August 11th, 2024 at just under 8lbs truly the best day of our lives. We never knew you could be THIS happy. Baby London, Mommy & Daddy are so excited about this journey together and we can’t wait to show you the world.”

In addition to Taylor, David Hasselhoff has another daughter, Hayley, who is 31 years old. Both daughters are from his marriage to ex-wife Pamela Bach. The family had once starred in a reality TV show, “The Hasselhoffs,” although it was short-lived. However, in an interview with The Guardian, David emphasized how he valued privacy, especially while raising his daughters.

“When my daughters were growing up we tried to keep life as normal as possible,” he said. “When I was at home, I was Dad. I took them to swimming and soccer and did all the dad stuff and when I was away working I think they thought I was just hanging out at the beach or visiting Germany for fun.”

David and Pamela Bach divorced in 2006 after 16 years of marriage. Prior to his marriage to Bach, David was married to Catherine Hickland. He is currently married to Hayley Roberts.
