DC’s The Flash Joins Forces with Bazooka Bubble Gum for Exclusive Debut

Bazooka Joe and his friends are a truly unique group, which is why the crossover between Bazooka Bubble Gum and DC Comics has been so captivating. We’ve seen DC icons like Wonder Woman, Superman, and Green Lantern step into the Bazookaverse, and now everyone’s favorite speedster, The Flash, is joining the fun with Bazooka’s latest comic.

This time, Bazooka Joe and Herman are teaming up for some pun-filled fun as The Flash speeds in looking as cool as ever. You could say he’s…flashy—okay, sorry, couldn’t resist. You can check out the new comic and find more from the Bazookaverse at the official hub.

In the comic, Bazooka Joe and Herman are chatting when The Flash zooms by. Joe asks Herman, “Did you ever hear people say you are what you eat?” Herman affirms, and Joe quips, “So I guess Flash…must eat a lot of fast food!” Even The Flash gets a kick out of the punchline as he makes a quick dash back to the group. There’s also a fortune attached that says “A good luck streak is quickly approaching,” which you can spot in the comic.

The Bazookaverse is welcoming the entire DC Universe, with characters like Wonder Woman, Batman, Green Lantern, Superman, and now The Flash being introduced to Bazooka Joe’s colorful crew. This includes characters like Mort, Herman, Petty, Toughie, Tex, Pat, Gloomy Gus, Jane, and more. The fun is far from over, and the Bazookaverse is just getting started. Bazooka Bubble Gum was first launched in the United States in 1947, followed by the debut of Bazooka Joe comics in 1953. In 1983, new friends joined Bazooka Joe and the Gang, and the brand celebrated its 27th anniversary in 2022. Bazooka remains strong in 2024, showing no signs of slowing down.
