Despite a recent white-water rafting trip aimed at clearing his mind, Sean “Diddy” Combs’ legal troubles persist. The former music mogul’s ex-bodyguard, Roger Bonds, has publicly stated on VladTV that he would testify against Combs if subpoenaed by the court.

“If I get subpoenaed, I’m not going to jail for nobody,” Bonds declared. While DJ Vlad clarified that Bonds’ cooperation was optional and he could choose to remain silent without facing imprisonment, Bonds firmly stated his intention to testify.

“I can’t say that I’m gonna be an advocate for one thing and then not stand up for another,” Bonds elaborated. “If I call him ‘evil’ and make claims about him, I can’t just sit back quietly. I’d be perpetuating the problem by not speaking up. If I can help these women in any way, I will.”

Bonds also dismissed criticism from those who might label him a “snitch.”

“I tell people all the time, I’m not a street guy. That was a long time ago. I have four daughters and a son, and one daughter in the music industry. At 57, I’m not worried about me. I’ve faced potential 100-year sentences in other cases and have always been the only one to get locked up. I’ve never implicated anyone else,” Bonds stated.

“To me, when it comes to Diddy, this situation is minor. The only people who would call this snitching are those who’ve never faced anything serious in life,” he continued.

Bonds has been outspoken regarding Combs since the emergence of Cassie’s lawsuit against the Bad Boy Records founder.

In a since-deleted post reported by Complex, Bonds shared photos of himself with Cassie and said, “IM WILLING TO TELL MY TRUTH BECAUSE FOR SO MANY YRS I WAS QUIET. Nothing matters now but FAMILY.”

Cassie named Bonds in her lawsuit, alleging that he witnessed Diddy stomping on her face in January 2009 after she spoke with another music manager at a Los Angeles nightclub. Bonds reportedly attempted to intervene but was unable to stop the assault.
