Dr Disrespect Deletes Message to Minor Ahead of Streaming Return

Controversial streamer Dr Disrespect, also known as Guy Beahm, has removed a past post in which he admitted to trading messages with a minor. This admission was linked to his Twitch ban in 2020. Beahm has started to reappear on social media, marking his first activity since grooming allegations surfaced in June. Although he acknowledged messaging a minor via Twitch’s “Whispers” service, this post has now been deleted from his X account as he appears to be planning his return to streaming.

Dexerto noticed that Beahm has deleted his detailed statement from X, which explained his Twitch ban. This deletion is part of a series of recent changes to his profile that hint at an impending return to streaming. Even though the original statement was widely circulated, its removal does not obscure the information that had already been made public.

Interestingly, the header image on Dr Disrespect’s X account still makes reference to the deleted post. The image features a fragment of the statement attached to a fishing line with Dr Disrespect’s logo. This header was uploaded alongside a post of Dr Disrespect sitting before a chessboard. The exact meaning behind these images is unclear, but many speculate it signals his preparation for a streaming comeback.

In his earlier post, Beahm mentioned resuming his streaming activities as Dr Disrespect after taking a long vacation with his family. However, it is uncertain in what form he would return to streaming. YouTube demonetized his channel following the admission of messaging a minor, leading several of his fellow streamers to distance themselves from him. Whether Dr Disrespect still has a solid fan base remains to be seen, but more information is expected to emerge in the near future.
