Drake Drops Massive Collection of Unreleased Music and Footage

Drake has appeared to open his archives with the release of a massive folder consisting of 100 gigabytes of footage from studio sessions, audio clips and three new songs.

The files were released on 100gigs.org, a site with content organized in folders dating from March 7 to June 8. Drake himself posted a screenshot of the site on his Instagram Stories and his label OVO Sound posted it to its social media accounts, confirming its legitimacy. Most notably, three new tracks are included in a folder entitled “1_NEW.” Among them are “It’s Up” featuring Young Thug and 21 Savage, “Housekeeping Knows” featuring Latto and “Blue Green Red.”

Latto confirmed her participation on “Housekeeping Knows” by releasing a video on X (formerly Twitter), rapping along to her verse on the song. Meanwhile, producer Gordo claimed to have produced the track.

The rest of the files are a treasure trove of content, including videos of Drake working in the studio with Boi-1da and Noah “40” Shebib, behind-the-scenes clips from the shoot for the “Hotline Bling” music video, studio footage from the sessions for “Honestly Nevermind” and much more.

Drake has been relatively quiet for the past few months ever since his public beef with Kendrick Lamar hit an inflection point in May. The two went back and forth in one of the most historic hip-hop battles, culminating in a flurry of songs that ended with Drake’s “The Heart Pt. 6.” In the time that followed, Lamar’s diss track “Not Like Us” became the beef’s strongest performer, potentially setting it up to be Song of Summer.

But Drake has pretty much only popped up here and there, most recently featuring on two songs included on producer Gordo’s new album “Diamonte.”
