Drake’s recent string of song releases appear to be more than just new music; fans believe they are a smokescreen for his ongoing feud with Kendrick Lamar. This speculation is fueled by some cryptic posts on Drake’s Instagram account, @plottttwistttttt.

One particular post includes a scene from John Woo’s classic 1987 film “A Better Tomorrow 2,” featuring a dramatic shootout, suggesting that Drake is ready to come out fighting. Adding to this, Drake shared a clip of former Detroit Pistons star Rasheed Wallace making a bold pregame prediction during the 2004 NBA Eastern Conference Finals, a game where the underdog Pistons eventually triumphed.

This aligns with Drake’s current state of mind. He has been relatively quiet since releasing “Not Like Us,” his response to Kendrick’s “The Heart Pt. 6,” on Cinco de Mayo. Now, he seems poised for a comeback with his new tracks “Supersoak,” “Circadian Rhythm,” and “No Face.” Fans are already dissecting these songs for subliminal messages aimed at Kendrick Lamar and the other “20 V 1” all-stars.

In the meantime, L.A. rapper Hitta J3 has revealed that Kendrick Lamar is working on a new album. This announcement sparked some debate between DJs Akademiks and Hed, both of whom have differing opinions on the album’s status and its potential impact.

Summer may be winding down, but it seems Drake is ready to light up the music scene once again, especially when it comes to his rivalry with Kendrick. As always, fans are eagerly awaiting the next move in this ongoing saga.

We’ll have our popcorn ready for any developments!
