‘Drama Unveiled: Lindsay Hubbard Films with Ex on ‘Summer House”

In a little over a year, Lindsay Hubbard’s life has taken a dramatic turn.

Following her split from fellow “Summer House” star Carl Radke in November 2023 — which played out dramatically during Season 8 — both Lindsay and Carl returned to The Hamptons to shoot Season 9 of the Bravo hit.

Lindsay’s return for another season coincided with significant life changes: she has a serious new boyfriend and is expecting a baby. These changes added a layer of awkwardness she acknowledged in a recent interview.

As filming for Season 9 nears its conclusion, Lindsay gave fans a glimpse of what to expect between her and Carl in an interview with US Weekly.

“There’s a little drama because you can’t just act like everything is fine and nothing happened,” she said. “There are past and residual feelings that come up that you need to address… but for the most part, I think it’s been okay.”

“I’ve known him for 100 million years. We’ve done the show together, we’ve been on every season together,” Lindsay said. “There was a life that we had before we were romantic, and I don’t know if we’ll ever get back to a friendship, truthfully. I can’t tell you that at this point, but I’m not uncomfortable around him.”

As for Carl’s feelings about her moving on with a new man and a baby so soon after their split, she claims it’s “not [her] issue.”

Carl and Lindsay were at odds throughout Season 8 of “Summer House”. Carl started coming to the house on Saturdays instead of Friday nights to break the cycle of their nasty spats.

Their fights escalated to the point where Lindsay called the recovering addict “cocaine Carl” on camera, questioning his sobriety.

Carl, meanwhile, publicly questioned walking down the aisle to everyone but the woman he was supposed to marry.

In a final sit-down, where Lindsay claimed she was “blindsided,” Carl ended the relationship for good.

At the time, Lindsay said of Carl’s decision to call off their wedding, “He blew up my entire life. I was crying, I was angry, and I had to find closure on my own. Now I’m at a place where I feel really good about moving on.”

And move on she did. On July 4, Lindsay announced that she was expecting a baby with her boyfriend, whom internet sleuths quickly uncovered to be Turner Kufe.
