Earnings of Liam and Noel Gallagher from Oasis 2025 Reunion Tour

As fans eagerly await the opportunity to snag Oasis tickets, the anticipation surrounding the financial magnitude of the band’s long-awaited reunion tour continues to build.

The iconic Manchester-formed rock group has confirmed that estranged brothers Noel and Liam Gallagher will reunite for the first time in 16 years to perform stadium shows in London, Manchester, Edinburgh, and Dublin in 2025.

Pre-sale tickets are scheduled to go on sale on August 30, with the registration ballot closing at 7 p.m. today, August 28. The general sale will commence on the morning of Saturday, August 31.

While Oasis has yet to disclose the ticket prices, the high demand suggests that fans will be more than willing to pay to see the band perform live for the first time in over a decade.

In a recent announcement, Oasis revealed a partnership with Twickets as their official ticket resale platform for the 2025 UK tour. This collaboration aims to ensure that tickets are resold for no more than face value and booking fees.

Twickets, an ethical ticket resale marketplace, helps protect fans from being overcharged by scalpers who often sell coveted tickets for exorbitant prices, sometimes up to 10 times the original cost.

The Oasis website states: “Ticket resale is permitted at no more than the price you paid (face value + booking fees). Please only use the official resale partners www.twickets.live and Ticketmaster. Selling tickets through unauthorized resale platforms will breach these T&Cs and those tickets may be canceled.”

Unverified reports suggest that Liam and Noel could earn as much as £50 million from the shows alone, with additional income likely from merchandise sales, sponsorship deals, and other branding opportunities.

Today, Amazon announced a new range of exclusive merchandise with the brothers, available exclusively on the Oasis merch store on Amazon.co.uk.

This collection includes vinyl bundles and T-shirts featuring the classic Oasis logo, along with two exclusive designs printed on different T-shirt styles. Each T-shirt is priced at £24.99.

A deluxe 30th anniversary edition box set of the band’s seminal debut album Definitely Maybe, which includes remastered versions of hits like “Shakermaker,” “Live Forever,” and “Rock’n’Roll Star,” is priced at £64.99. Additionally, a “strawberries and cream” anniversary edition vinyl of Definitely Maybe will cost fans £37.99.

Oasis is also expected to release special anniversary editions of their second album, (What’s the Story) Morning Glory?, to coincide with its 30th anniversary next year, timed perfectly with the 2025 tour.

Further tour dates outside of Europe are expected to be announced at a later date.

Though Liam has refuted claims that he and his older brother are reuniting solely for financial reasons, the revenue from the tour could be highly beneficial, especially for Noel, who reportedly paid a £20 million settlement as part of his divorce from his ex-wife, Sara MacDonald.

The dissolution of their 12-year marriage reportedly saw MacDonald receive their £8 million South Downs mansion in Hampshire, which they shared with their two children, as well as ongoing maintenance payments.

There are also claims that the reunion tour could boost the UK’s economy by around £350 million, as fans spend on hotels, merchandise, travel, tickets, and shopping. This economic impact is comparable to the estimated boost generated by Taylor Swift’s record-breaking Eras Tour’s UK leg.
