Following Trump’s indication that he “certainly would” consider giving Musk a position in his administration, the Tesla CEO shared a humorous AI-generated image of himself at a podium labeled with D.O.G.E.: Department of Government Efficiency. He captioned the image, “I am willing to serve.”

Musk’s recent activities indicate he is looking to deepen his engagement in Republican politics. He has brought on Chris Young, an experienced political operative and GOP advisor, to manage his political contributions moving forward. Young has a background in field operations, suggesting that Musk may plan to utilize his substantial wealth for voter mobilization efforts.
