Ethan Page Pauses YouTube Channel Following NXT Transition

Ethan Page’s removal from the AEW roster page led to widespread speculation among fans about his future with the company. Eventually, it was confirmed that Page had left AEW and made a surprising debut in NXT in May. He has since revealed that he had to make several sacrifices during this transition, including putting his YouTube channel on hold.

On the May 28, 2024 edition of WWE NXT, Page surprised fans by making his debut for the company, launching an attack on NXT Champion Trick Williams, and he has been a mainstay of NXT television ever since.

Ethan Page had built his YouTube channel into a top figure-hunting channel in wrestling, regularly posting Toy Hunt vlogs and other content. His last video was a month ago and fans wondered when he would post more videos again.

While speaking during a recent episode of Talk’n Shop, Ethan Page explained that he’s trying to figure things out before adding more to his plate. He mentioned feeling burnt out from the hustle and grind of maintaining a regular schedule for his videos, which he largely does on his own.

Page gave emphasis to the importance of not overextending himself, especially now that he has a significant opportunity he’s worked his whole life for. He also noted the importance of not wasting this chance, particularly because his family, including his two kids and wife, are supportive and willing to move to Florida for him.

“Yeah, I’m kind of just trying to figure everything out before I add more to my plate. I like got super burnt out, I think you guys know that this is a hustle, this is a grind. It’s a lot of work, especially doing it on a schedule, it’s regimented, it’s a lot of work, especially if you’re doing it on your own. I don’t want to burn myself out, especially now, this is the biggest opportunity and I’ve essentially worked my whole life for this. On top of that, I have two kids and a wife who are like, ‘Yeah, sure, we’ll move to Florida.’ I’m not gonna just waste this.”

In the meantime, Ethan Page is scheduled to compete for the NXT Championship at NXT Heatwave in a high-stakes fatal four-way match against Trick Williams, Shawn Spears, and Je’Von Evans, so we’ll have to see how he will fare at the July 7th event.
