‘Family Feud’ Executives Reportedly ‘Concerned’ About Steve Harvey

Steve Harvey’s unusual interactions with the Family Feud guests and audience have prompted show executives to closely monitor the comedian and television personality. Sources who spoke with Closer reveal that his bosses are worried they might face a situation similar to the one with Pat Sajak, the long-time host of Wheel of Fortune. Sajak, who hosted for over 40 years, allegedly became irritable in his final years, resulting in complaints about his behavior toward the cast and crew, leading to his forced retirement.

The 67-year-old Harvey astonished everyone when he told a player that their answer was the “stupidest” he had ever heard in his 14 years on the show. During a recent episode, Harvey asked the player, “Women love a man in uniform. Men love a woman in what?” The contestant, Jeff, hesitated, saying his wife wouldn’t like his answer. He then responded with, “The kitchen.” Harvey responded sharply, “Yeah, I gotta tell ya … That’s about the stupidest thing you could have said!”

Show executives were reportedly outraged by Harvey’s reaction. Speculation about marital issues between him and his wife, Marjorie, has been rampant, though they both deny any problems. Some rumors even claim that Marjorie is spending the comedian’s wealth frivolously, a claim they addressed and denied in an Instagram spoof months ago.
