Famous ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ Cookie Lady Closes Up Shop

The Cookie Lady was a memorable presence during season 12 of the Real Housewives of Atlanta.

“A Haute Cookie” has recently turned off its ovens in Atlanta. The bakery, run by Shiana White, known to fans as the “Cookie Lady” from The Real Housewives of Atlanta, has officially closed its doors.

White took to social media to break the news to her followers.

“I’d like to let everyone know that, as of today, A Haute Cookie is officially closed here in Atlanta. You will not be able to order. We’re putting everything on pause to be continued, but as of now, Atlanta has played its course,” White shared. “Super duper grateful for you all, the people, corporations, businesses, movie sets. All the love you guys have shown me since Day One.”

The “Cookie Lady” gained popularity on reality television with her first appearance in season 12 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta. She was introduced by Kenya Moore, a former cast member, as White’s bakery was located next to Cynthia Bailey’s wine cellar, another cast member’s business.

However, White’s stint on the show wasn’t free from drama. According to The Jasmine Brand, White found herself in the middle of a confrontation involving Tanya Sams, another friend of the cast. White accused Sams’ partner of flirting with her at a nightclub, turning the situation into a notable plot point for the season.

Even though Shiana White will be remembered as “The Cookie Lady,” her bakery that earned her the moniker has ceased operations. Nevertheless, White hints that this isn’t the end of her culinary journey. She hinted at future plans, saying there are “other places to go,” suggesting her venture into baking may continue in different forms.

White expressed her gratitude, “Thank you so much for making this a beautiful situation for me and my family. However, doors do close. People move on, I’ve got other places to go in life. But I so appreciate this journey, it’s been so beautiful.”
