Swifties worldwide were heartbroken in July when a mass stabbing at a Swift-themed dance class in Southport, England, resulted in the tragic deaths of three children. However, Taylor Swift herself has now been commended for bringing a moment of joy to two young fans who were reportedly among the victims of the incident.
On Sunday, August 18, TikTok user Sami Foster shared a video showcasing photos of her two daughters meeting Swift during her Eras Tour at Wembley Stadium in London.
In the heartwarming photos, Swift embraces the girls, who are sporting t-shirts inspired by the singer’s costume for the Red set of the Tour. One of the girls appears to have a bandage on her arm. Although there’s been no official confirmation, multiple fan accounts suggest that the girls were among the children affected by the stabbing.

In the comments, fans praised Taylor Swift for her heartfelt gesture towards the girls.
“omg taylor i knew she would do something special for the girls. thank you so much for sharing mama, you’re an absolute warrior. i hope you and your girls heal,” wrote one TikTok user.
“Those poor girls! I hope the magic and memories of this moment and the night helps eclipse what they went through,” added another person.
Tragically, three girls, ages 6, 7, and 9, lost their lives in the violent attack. Swift responded to the distressing news via her Instagram Stories on Tuesday, July 30, expressing her shock and sorrow.
“The horror of yesterday’s attack in Southport is washing over me continuously and I’m just in complete shock.. The loss of life and innocence, and the horrendous trauma inflicted on everyone who was there, the families, the first responders. These were just little kids at a dance class. I am at a complete loss for how to ever convey my sympathies to these families.”
